Throughout the year we may hold special events at the meeting hall associated with the season or special days such as Mother's Day and Father's Day. In the past this has included a candle lighting service in December in memory of our children, and in May, a butterfly release close to Mother's Day. In June, near Father's Day, we break the meeting down into separate men's and women's groups, which allows the Dads to talk to each other about how men grieve.
We commemorate our children's birth month and death month in our monthly members' newsletter. We also maintain a Lending Library available at our meetings where you may check out any grief and healing books you may find.
